On the morning of March 22, 2017, the Working Meeting of the Capital Intellectual Property Service Agencies hosted by Beijing Intellectual Property Office was held in Beijing Haidian Garden Hotel. Leaders from relevant municipal commissions, representatives from Beijing intellectual property service agencies and media reporters attended the meeting.
Cui Xiaoguang, president of Beijing Patent Attorneys Association, announced the list of excellent patent agencies and excellent patent agents in Beijing in 2016 and the list of the first batch of agencies that passed the Specification for Rating of Patent Agencies, and commended the award-winning units and individuals. GLOBE-LAW won the title of “4A patent agency” for its excellent performance and outstanding achievements.
According to the Specification for Rating of Patent Agencies issued by Beijing Intellectual Property Office, AAAA is the highest level of rating of patent agencies in Beijing. Only three law firms, namely GLOBE-LAW, King & Wood Mallesons and Liu Shen, were awarded 4A this time.
