Globe-Law has been serving as the legal counsel for many central ministries and commissions and local governments. We established a joint Party branch committee in 2004. Following the approval of the Lawyers’ Commission of Chaoyang District of Beijing Municipality of the Communist Party of China, we established a general Party branch committee on 4 June 2021, which is in charge of four independent Party branches and one joint Party branch. Globe-Law’s Party organisations have been repeatedly named “Leading Party Organisations of Law Firms”.
Our team has taken part or charge of the formulation and revision of three-dozen laws, including the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China, Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Promotion of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Measures of Beijing Municipality on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights at Exhibitions. Furthermore, we have provided legislative advice and suggestions to the National People’s Congress, National Leading Group for Combating IRP Infringements and Production and Sale of Counterfeit and Shoddy Commodities, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Ministry of Science and Technology. We have also provided legal support in connection to regional legislation to Beijing Municipality and Jiangsu Province.

The revised Administrative Review Law of the People’s Republic of China was carried at the 5th meeting of the 14th National People’s Congress on 1 September 2023 and came into effect on 1 January 2024. The revised Administrative Review Law improves the capacity and authority of administrative review and allows it to play a critical role in resolving administrative disputes.
