On 22 February 2022, the China Business Law Journal released the list of “Deals of the Year in 2021”. The “Citric Acid Industry Overseas Trade Remedy Investigation” project undertaken by the team led by Guan Jian, a partner of Globe-Law, was successfully selected. On 15 February 2022, this project was also successfully selected as “Typical Cases of the Fourth ‘Belt and Road’ Dispute Resolution Legal Services”, which fully reflected the recognition of the superb business ability and professional level of Globe-LawLawyers by colleagues in the industry and the legal service market.

This selection is the most recognized, valuable and instructive outstanding deal cases finally selected by the rating team of the China Business Law Journal for the deals that have been completed or made significant progress from 1 November 2020 to 31 October 2021 in combination with the reporting experience of the China Business Law Journal in continuously tracking market changes and by taking the importance, complexity, innovation and transaction scale of each project as the main considerations. The “Deals of the Year” award by the China Business Law Journal aims to provide representative outstanding deals of the year for law firms, lawyers and commercial clients at home and abroad, which has been widely recognized by the legal and business circles over the years.
