Recently, Xiao Zhenghai from Globe-Law (Zhengzhou) Law Firm(the “Zhengzhou Office”) attended the 7th Zhengzhou Lawyers' Congress held in Zhengzhou as a representative of the 7th Zhengzhou Lawyers' Congress. At the Lawyers' Congress, in order to commend the advanced, promote righteousness, and encourage the law firms and lawyers in Zhengzhou City to make newer and greater contributions to comprehensively promoting the construction of governing the country, the province and the city and a modern national central city, Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice issued the Decision of Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice on Commending Excellent Law Firms and Lawyers to commend the excellent law firms and lawyers in Zhengzhou City. The Zhengzhou Officewon the title of “Zhengzhou Excellent Law Firms” in this commendation.

The Zhengzhou Officewas established in May 2019, and its business scope covers intellectual property, foreign-related affairs, criminal defense, civil agency, compliance business, finance and insurance, legal counsel, etc. The Zhengzhou Office was registered with the Trademark Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and obtained the qualification of trademark agency. The Zhengzhou Office is a vice president unit of Henan Intellectual Property Protection Association and the first director unit of the Geographical Indications Committee. The Zhengzhou Office was also awarded by Henan Intellectual Property Affairs Center as a cooperative organization of Henan Branch of the National Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance Center, actively participating in and assisting local enterprises in overseas construction, and providing business consultation, foreign-related exchanges and dispute rights protection for local enterprises. The Zhengzhou Office was awarded title of the “Workstation of Henan Mediation Center (Henan Commercial Certification Center) of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade” by Henan Committee of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and eight attorneys were engaged as mediators of Henan Mediation Center of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
