Globe-Law's project “Gaohe Foundation for Rent Subsidy” was listed among the 1st Classic Cases of Innovation and Guidance by Young Lawyers.

On the morning of 4 May 2023, the High-End Forum for the Development of New Generation Lawyers and the 2023 First Youth Lawyer Innovation Leading Typical Case Release Conference were grandly held on the first floor of the Teaching and Book Comprehensive Building of China University of Political Science and Law. At the meeting, the list of typical cases led by the innovation of the first young lawyers was released, and the Gaohe Fund Rental Subsidy Project of Globe-Law Law Firm was selected as the “Typical Cases of Innovative Young Lawyer Care Mechanism”.
Globe-Law Gaohe Fund Rental Subsidy Project (hereinafter referred to as “Gaohe Fund”) was established in 2022, aiming to help young lawyers grow up healthily, solve their worries and attract and stabilize talents by providing them with annual rental subsidies. Specifically, Gaohe Fund mainly prepares funds by means of voluntary donations from GLOBE-LAW persons to Gaohe Fund every year, and Globe-Law sets the application conditions, so eligible GLOBE-LAW young people can apply for this rental subsidy.
Young lawyers are a fresh force in the development of Globe-Law, and they will certainly become the mainstay of Globe-Law in the years of tempering. In recent years, Globe-Law has attached great importance to the training and development of young lawyers. In addition to the Gaohe Fund Rental Subsidy Project, Globe-Law has continued to promote the training plan of its young lawyers by establishing various mechanisms and carrying out specialized activities and cultural activities with rich themes, so as to help young lawyers grow faster and better.
In the future, Globe-Law Law Firm will continue to provide a platform for the multi-dimensional growth of young lawyers, constantly promote the normalization, specialization and branding of cultivation of young lawyers, support the growth of young lawyers, and contribute to the healthy and rapid development of lawyers.
