Globe-Law's case was listed among the 5th Belt-and-Road Initiative Classic Legal Cases.

On 12 November 2023, the 5th “Belt and Road” Legal Service Typical Cases Press Conference sponsored by the Legal Daily and undertaken by www.legaldaily.com.cn and Fabao Culture Media (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing.
The case concerning the dispute between the defendant China Company and the plaintiff American Company over American trade dress infringement litigation handled by the director Wang Zhengzhi and attorney Wang Haiyan and assisted by attorneys Li Ya’nan and Zhang Lei was selected as the typical cases of the “Belt and Road” dispute resolution legal services.

The Legal Daily is an official newspaper of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Central Committee.
